Thank you for exhibiting at AFP 2023! This monthly newsletter is your source for key information, deadlines and opportunities.

REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 15 TO SAVE OVER $200

If you need additional passes beyond your complimentary allotment, you can purchase Exhibitor Conference Registrations and Exhibitor Floor Passes through the Exhibitor Portal. These purchases are non-refundable.

The AFP 2023 Exhibitor Full Conference pass includes access to all educational sessions and keynote speakers that do not have session limitations. Register by September 15 to save over $200.

UPCOMING DEADLINES

September 13: Booth package orders due. Submit your order online or see pages 37-39 of the exhibitor kit and send completed forms via email to T3 Expo.
September 20: Artwork submission due. Upload artwork here. (See pages 39-42 of the exhibitor kit).
September 20: EAC form due. Submit your form online or see page 62 of the exhibitor kit and send completed forms via email to T3 Expo.

SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES

There is still time to purchase advertising and sponsorship options to amplify your brand at AFP 2023.

Daily Newsletter Advertising - Reach thousands of AFP 2023 attendees by placing an ad in a daily newsletter highlighting key events of the day.
Digital Advertising - Choose the digital display trio and get a set of three large-scale, digital video walls located in high-traffic attendee areas. Grab treasury attendees’ attention through two digital flags located near payments sessions. Or speak directly to your target audience through digital signage near FP&A and Payments educational sessions.
Specialty Refreshment Breaks - Sponsor a specialty refreshment break on Monday or Tuesday to reach thousands of AFP 2023 attendees who will migrate to the refreshment stations and dessert receptions in the Exhibit Hall.
AFP 2023 Survey - Align your brand with thought leadership through a survey to attendees. You'll receive exposure during the event, plus post-event coverage of results.
