CALL FOR PROPOSALS DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 10

The AFP 2023 Call for Speakers deadline is next week. This is an excellent opportunity to get your organization in front of thousands of corporate treasury and finance professionals at AFP 2023 in San Diego.

UPCOMING DATES

Exhibitor Housing Opens February 10

If your company requires a room block of 10 or more rooms, you can book through exhibitor housing. You will have until March 3 to make your selections and will be assigned hotels based on priority point standing. 

 
If you need less than 10 rooms, you may want to book individually when general housing opens on March 21. 

Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR) is the official housing company used for the AFP Annual Conference. No other housing company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of AFP. Reservations made through another agency cannot be guaranteed by AFP and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates for other conference participants. Exhibitor Portal Opens in March

The Exhibitor Portal allows you to assign the complimentary passes you receive with your booth. You also have the option to purchase and assign additional passes.
