Last Call for Exhibitor Housing - Book Today

If your company requires a room block of 10 or more rooms, you can book through exhibitor housing. Make your selections by today, March 3, and you will be assigned hotels based on priority point standing. 

 
If you need less than 10 rooms, you may want to book individually when general housing opens on March 21. 

Convention Management Resources, Inc. (CMR) is the official housing company used for the AFP Annual Conference. No other housing company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of AFP. Reservations made through another agency cannot be guaranteed by AFP and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates for other conference participants. Please contact exhibiting@afponline.org if you receive any solicitations.

Exhibitor Portal Opens This Month

The Exhibitor Portal allows you to assign the complimentary passes you receive with your booth. You also have the option to purchase and assign additional passes. Look for more details in the coming weeks.

Any food or beverage dispensed or given away at booths or functions within the San Diego Convention Center is required to be purchased from Centerplate catering; this includes bottled water, popcorn, cookies, etc. Contact: Mary Forney with San Diego Convention Center.
