Early Registration Deadline - June 9
If you need additional passes beyond your complimentary allotment, you will be able to purchase Exhibitor Conference Registrations and Exhibitor Floor Passes through the Exhibitor Portal. These purchases are non-refundable. The AFP 2023 Exhibitor Full Conference rate is priced as follows:
$1,350 till June 9, 2023
$1,585 from June 10, 2023 through 11:59 PM ET September 15, 2023
$1,799 from September 16, 2023 through onsite
EXHIBITOR KIT
Keep an eye out for your exhibitor kit, coming to you in early June. The exhibitor kit will include the information you need to plan your participation for AFP 2023. It includes rules and regulations for participating in the conference, deadline schedules, registration information, exhibitor installation schedules, exhibit hall hours, conference schedules, how to order electric, carpeting, labor, catering and much more.
